This weekend will be a mix of essential Asana with a soft focus through the lens of the Kleshas—the 5 obstacles that each of us creates and sustains, but can learn to break through. We’ll dive into Deep Hips, Twisting for Life, Push and Pull, and The Enduring Mountain. Throughout we’ll consider the balancing act of desire and fear, and find what inner and outer support really feels like. This training counts as 10 hours toward your advanced yoga certification.
