A word from Annie
From outer, inward.
Today, Yoga is undergoing a sea change. Is it fitness? Is it alignment? Do I need 200 hours? 300? How about goats? Annie reflects on why we practice, how her own practice has changed since she was 16, and the one truth Yoga keeps revealing: everything is changing.

Secure the Base
Asana exists on a continuum:

What is not apparent much of the time is that at the extremes on either end of this continuum is the possibility of injury.
